LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Q. What if I failed to submit the correct address?
A. We Free™ Beauty is not liable for or required to issue a refund or resend the package.
Q. What if my package was lost or stolen?
A. We Free™ does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been labeled “delivered” by USPS. Please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen claim.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Q. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
A. We work hard to ship orders quickly and efficiently, therefore we cannot make price adjustments, cancel or change an order once it has been submitted.
